McDonald's

Well grandma and I took the girl's to McDonald's today to eat and play. It is funny that is one thing I said I would never do, but then you become a parent and oh well maybe a few nuggets and fries won't hurt. Anyway the place was a total zoo since school is out. It is funny to see the difference in Maya and Isabella. Maya was running wild with the pack and Bella just stayed to the side content to watch everybody. Bella did venture to the top of the play place though before I noticed. Next thing I knew she was at the top crying her eyes out because she didn't know how to get down. Thanks to big sister Maya and Mommy looking oh so graceful climbing to the top, we managed to get her down. I also ran into a mom that adopted from Guatemala as well. We had met about 3 years ago because we used the same agency, but we hadn't kept in touch. It was great to see her and the boys after all this time.

winter break

Hi everybody! I have wanted to start a blog for awhile now to keep everyone informed of the girls latest antics and I just got around to figuring it out. Everyone always asks for pictures so I think this would be the easiest way to keep everybody updated. We have had a wonderful winter break so far. Since I work for the school now, I get tons of time off. I will go for now and try to figure out how to post pics. Baby steps!
